These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Carr Digital Broadcasting, LLC.
Carr Digital Broadcasting, LLC agrees to provide digital broadcasting and media production services as described in the specific proposal or agreement signed by the client. These services may include live streaming, podcast and audio production, encoding and distribution, on-location or studio production, and related technical consulting.
To ensure the success of each project, the Client agrees to provide necessary access to platforms, schedules, talent, and approvals for production materials, as well as timely communication regarding technical requirements and show formats.
Payment terms are defined in the specific service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Carr Digital Broadcasting, LLC reserves the right to pause services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, all creative assets (recordings, edits, graphics, and deliverables) created by Carr Digital Broadcasting, LLC for the Client become the property of the Client upon full payment. Carr Digital Broadcasting, LLC retains the right to use non-confidential excerpts for portfolio and self-promotional purposes where permitted by the agreement.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, Carr Digital Broadcasting, LLC will return or delete Client credentials and data as agreed in writing.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Carr Digital Broadcasting, LLC is registered.
